FUNDA NENJA VOLUNTEERS

Three of our Grade 9 learners Sisanda, Bandi and Siya, as well as Zoe who is in Grade 10 , are assisting at Funda Nenja’s Friday afternoon dog school and at their pop-up shop that takes place while the training classes are in progress.

Sisanda is an intern instructor who works alongside one of the more senior instructors, he is learning how to manage a class of children and dogs. Bandi and Siya assist with various tasks as and when needed such as; packing dog food, fitting collars and jerseys as well as handing out prizes to the various classes.

Zoe has found his place at the veterinary clinic which also takes place during the dog school sessions. He captures the information onto the Veterinarian's laptop, of each person who brings their dog to the clinic for treatment given.

Drakondale is proud of them all for giving generously of their time.

Drakondale School of the Arts is a High School for Boys and Girls from grade 8-12
